This week: increase freestanding handstand push-ups to three a minute per hand. If you fall, start over.

If you have questions or additional practice needed with any of the Balance and Agility moves we've now finished, now is the time to speak up. As juniors y seniors in team training, you should be applying your learning asap. Without complaining.



The car winked again. Surprise no longer becomes me.
